Common questions

Response, Timing and Booking

How fast can you get here?

We aim for same-day help wherever we genuinely can manage it, and we'll tell you honestly what that looks like when you call rather than promising a number we can't guarantee. A real person picks up any hour to get things moving.

What counts as a plumbing emergency?

Water pouring, spraying or pooling fast, a gas smell, no hot water before an early start, or more than one drain giving trouble at once. Anything where waiting genuinely makes it worse is worth a call.

Are you really available 24/7?

Yes. Our on-call team covers nights, weekends and public holidays, with the same fixed pricing whatever time you ring.

How do I book?

Call (02) 9139 9963 directly, or leave your details on the contact page and we'll ring you back to sort it out.

Common questions

Pricing, Quotes and the $65 Off

Is the quote really free?

Yes. There's no charge for us to come out and look at the job, and you're free to walk away once you've heard the number.

What payment options do you offer?

We'll talk you through the available payment options once the job's agreed and finished, so there's no confusion at the end of a stressful call.

How does your upfront fixed pricing work?

We assess the job, give you one number in writing, and that's what you pay. It doesn't change once we're partway through, and it doesn't include a call-out charge on top.

Do you charge a call-out fee?

No, our call-out fee is $0, whether or not you decide to go ahead with the repair.

Common questions

Local Answers for Bella Vista

Do you handle strata and units in Bella Vista?

Yes. Bella Vista's newer high-rise towers near the Metro station bring plumbing quirks houses don't have, communal risers and stacked systems especially, and we check whether an issue is isolated to one unit before quoting anything.

Do you cover the suburbs next to Bella Vista?

Yes, we're also on call across Baulkham Hills, Glenwood, Castle Hill, Kellyville and North Rocks, all on the same fixed-price model.

Why do Bella Vista's older homes get plumbing emergencies?

Original hot water systems and fittings across the suburb mostly date to the same narrow window, the 1990s through into the 2000s build-out, which is why failures tend to cluster around now.

Do you take on local new builds and renovation work?

We're primarily an emergency callout service, so our focus is fixing what's gone wrong now rather than new-build plumbing. If an emergency turns up mid-renovation, we're happy to help sort it.

Common questions

Licensing, Insurance and Responsibility

Are your plumbers qualified to work on gas?

Yes, our team includes licensed gas fitters as well as licensed plumbers, all working under Lic #465156C.

Can I fix a plumbing emergency myself?

For a burst pipe, isolating the water at the meter is safe and sensible while you wait. Anything involving gas should be left entirely to a licensed gas fitter; leave the property and call us if you smell gas.

Who is responsible for a blocked sewer, me or Sydney Water?

It comes down to location. Everything on your side of the boundary is yours to sort, while Sydney Water owns and maintains the main running past it. When a fault could sit on either side, we won't guess, we'll check.

Can you check my licence number?

Of course. We're Lic #465156C, listed on the NSW plumbing licensing register under that same number.
